Background The Project Publisher tool is used to create PDF output of project drawings. Such output can be sent to end users that do not have Promis.e or Bentley Substation design software with which to review the project. With Project Publisher: Project pages can be sent to a single ("Binded") PDF file or separate PDF files. Output can be set to monochrome Viewers can navigate from symbol to related symbol in binded PDF files, similar to navigation within the design software. PDF files from other sources and Microsoft Word and Excel files can be included in the output.
