Hi Matt, I think this is roughly what im after, although a little more customisation would be good. For example there doesn't appear to be a way of editing the default index page and removing the file name in the first part? I would imagine most people would want to display their page titles in the contents page and this doesn't justify the page numbers particularly well; Adam(Please visit the site to view this file)
