When trying to delete the ect.fid file using ProjectWise Explorer: Document Delete Failed Error -1 while deleting document "ect.fid". Error message is: Substation ProjectWise information. Cannot remove the Electrical project configuration file. Explanation While Electrical projects can be created using ProjectWise Explorer , they must be deleted using [[Project Manager]]. How to Avoid Option 1 - Use Project Manager Open [[Project Manager]] Find the project, right-click it and select Delete. Option 2 - Upon a partial or improper project deletion Ensure Option 1 above does not work. Open ProjectWise Explorer . Right-click the project's folder and select Revert to Folder .
