Sofia, the problem is that your line number regions and zones should encompass where symbols will be placed, instead of creating duplicate regions on each side of the sheet. In other words, the regions and zones should extend across the page format. The idea is that symbols with insertion points landing in a given zone will get that zone's value in their device tag or cross reference, depending on how you have Project Options configured. Similarly for line number regions. After arraying the line number regions and zones for your case, it should look something like this: For an A3 size page and what you are trying to do, the line number regions should be about 35 x 297 and the zones should be about 420 x 37.125. You may want to consider moving the letters and numbers away from the edges of the sheet slightly to reduce the potential for them to be cut off during printing. After the regions and zones are placed, you can simply copy the letters and numbers to the opposite sides of the sheet: The page format validates fine for me after doing this.
