Product(s): Bentley Substation Version(s): through 10.00.00.232 Environment: N\A Area: Component Management Subarea: Accessory Kit Manager Problem Description When I open [[Accessory Kits Manager]] some or all of the accessory kits that were previously there are missing. Explanation Accessory kits listed on the [[Accessory Kits Manager]] are part numbers present in the active parts database that have a Part_Type value of ACK . Steps to Resolve Ensure the correct parts database is being used. Check [[Options]] > Project Options > Part Number Settings . If a Default Parts Database is specified, make sure it is the correct one. If no Default Parts Database is specified, the parts database specified on Modify Project > Content (CONNECT Edition) or [[Setup]] > System Paths (V8i) is being used. Use [[Parts Database Manager]] to make sure the Part_Type value for accessory kit part numbers is ACK . The kit/parent/assembly part number should have the ACK value, not the part numbers contained by the accessory kit. If the correct database is already being used or cannot be used, and the accessory kit part numbers are missing or are too many to correct, the accessory kits can be restored from previously created backups by using Import Kits button on Accessory Kits Manager. If the problem cannot be resolved by using above methods, recreate the missing kits using Accessory Kits Manager . Original Author: Matt_P Keywords: empty, blank, displayed
