This typically occurs when Bentley Raceway and Cable Management (BRCM), which is a 32-bit application, is running on a 64-bit operating system and the data source is configured using Control Panel > "Data Sources (ODBC)" or by running \Windows\system32\odbcad32.exe How to Avoid To resolve the problem, delete the existing BRCM ODBC data source then run \Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe to create a new data source.
