Product(s): Bentley Raceway and Cable Management Version(s): 08.11.09.35 Environment: N/A Area: Raceway IDs Subarea: N/A Background In Raceway system (Conduit, Tray, Ladder, baskets etc) need to be assign IDs with specific manner according to their voltage level (MV, LV, Ctrl, IW and COM) or by their routing manner. Here in this document we are going to describe the steps that we must follow to assign the raceway ID’s to raceway system. Steps to Accomplish Click the Tasks -> BRCM Detail Design-> Raceway IDs Raceway IDs and Segments window pop-ups. Click on blank field to select the mode of selection of segments. Choose one of the selection pattern. After selection of segments, Set the IDs in the Auto-Label (Macro tab ) with start value and Incremental digit. Note: Segment($,0,n) is the value that vary with the start value and Increment digit. For example:- Raceway ID as T-01-01 and middle value should vary with starting value 1 and increment with 1 digit. Arrange the Macro tab as T-0($,0, n)-01 , set the start value as 1 and increment digit as 1 (Refer below image) Verify Results: Click on APPLY . Ensure, Name column ID’s are assigned properly. Routing can be filter according to the Voltage level (LV, MV, CTRL, IW,COM) of the raceway system. See Results below, based on selection done in above dialog box shown.
